This project is a UX Design category competition project. This project raises issues during the covid pandemic and online learning where many students experience a decrease in motivation, lack of study friends and do not focus during learning. Finddy is an application that makes it easier for students to find study friends according to their interests or the field they are studying. With 4 features that Finddy has, namely Teman belajar, Forum diskusi, Pomodoro timer, and Ruang chat, students can easily set targets with their study friends, share learning resources, discuss problems experienced during learning, and increase focus when studying.
The Covid-19 pandemic has attacked almost all countries in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. now these activities must be carried out online. The problem that is often found in the implementation of distance learning is the lack of motivation of students in learning. In addition, the absence of study partners can result in a decrease in learning motivation, because study friends have a significant influence on one's motivation and learning outcomes (Ma'shumah, 2019). Another problem that is usually encountered during distance learning activities is the difficulty of expressing the complaints encountered during distance learning because there are no friends or a place to express these complaints.
With the features I mentioned above, the potential User & Audience for our application are students and students who are experiencing distance learning problems. In addition, the finddy application also contributes to finding study friends who have the same interests.
1.Researcher
Create a form and some questions to be distributed and filled out by potential users to get quantitative data on how many students in Indonesia have decreased learning motivation. Conduct interviews to obtain qualitative data about how the user's condition during online learning is.
2. Designer
Create a sitemap, goals, and objectives to be obtained from the application created. Create high-fidelity designs and low-fidelity designs.
Since this application is a new concept and has not existed in other applications, so it is a bit difficult to imagine how the application works. After some brainstorming and agreement, our application has several list pages:
At this stage, our team is looking for any problems that occur by students during the pandemic. Our team is also looking for facts through the news and through journals of the impact of what happened during the pandemic.
We make a number of questions for user surveys on the google form and provide potential users with the aim of getting ideas, innovations, suggestions, and new perspectives in application development. After carrying out the User Survey method with predetermined target respondents, namely high school students and college students with 30 respondents. Then followed by User Interview with 5 respondents.
The third stage in the application development process is to design the appearance or design of the application based on user needs that have been specified in the previous stage. At this stage we use the Sitemap method, Low Fidelity Wireframe, High Fidelity Design.

Inspiration
We saw some inspirations that we felt were suitable for the applications we made such as the use of colors used, then the icons used and also some inspiration from the screens that were suitable for our applications.
Wireframe
Wireframe is a basic visual representation of an idea that has been previously designed in the form of scribbles or a framework of the application design to be made. The created wireframe focuses on the information structure, content, and layout of each element based on a previously created Sitemap. The goal is that the process of making the next design solution can be more focused and in accordance with user needs.
High Fidelity Design
At this stage, each component is made as closely as possible to the product to be made, where in the manufacture of components must pay attention to every detail that exists. High Fidelity Design is made when the concept of the application to be developed is really mature.
